Having sent for trial of Rejuvenex protocol 3 products, I was charged £2.49 and a further £89.99 within 14 days. The product arrived and within a few days I realised it was not good for my skin. There was no paperwork in with the trial pack. Within 2 weeks I received another pack of identical products. I rang the company to say I was returning the pack and did so with Post office receipt. I was debited a further £94.94 immediately but was told that I would be reimbursed within 30 days. No money has been put back into my account and the telephone number now seems unavailable. It appears that many people have been victims of this company. Is there anyway to claim from them?
