I called when I saw 30.00 out of my account they told me this was a application fee and if I didnt borrow money I would lose the 30.00 but if I did an advance the 30.00 would be included. If I change my mind who in the hell has the right to charge you 30.00 When I couldnt understand them I asked politely to speak to an English speeking person I was then treated like a 3rd class citzen, I said omg she cursed at me I said in American we can say that, If this is a foreign company can I get my 30.00 back (Personal Information Removed) thanks
