Just spent a week in teneriffe ar ponderosa hotel. We spent £545.00 per person. A family of 4 spent£947.00 for all 4. How can u justify this
difference. 2 pools were advertised 1 had been closed for a year the workmen were working on it causing enoumous storms of dust.
The hotel was in bad repair and not very clean the pool was dirty the food terrible hardly any staff the drinks were awful serve in plastic cups a great shortage of staff. It was so advertised as all inclusive, we were their from 16th to 24th august. I would like someone to make contact with asap
