Same crappy call as everyone else, fog horn and a stupid survey which is general harassment and misuse of an electronic device. Who is the deviant who actually comes on the phone afterward? This is an invasion of privacy for people who pay cell phone bills or have jobs - wich I could block them from the follow-up calls everyone else received.
