I received a telephone call from sge loans regarding my loans application. I asked on several occasions if there was charges for the service and i was told no. I tried to get money out of my account and was declined. I found out 89.99 was taken out of my account. I called sge and was told it was for a premium service. I was told i can't get the money back as its been over a week. I never got the loan. I have filled a complaint to their customer service and i am still waiting. I have spoken to the citizens advice buruea and advice to fill a complaint with the ombudsman. Pls everyone do the same as we can get our money if everyone does this. Complain to the office of fair trading. And ombudsman.
