I placed an order with this company with a debit card - I got an email from them that said: "Thanks for contacting ASL.com. We will respond shortly. Thanks and have a great day!". That is the first and last thing I have heard from them, other than the fact that they ran my card and got my money for the order I never received! I've tried to contact them, but with no success - I'm frustrated, angry and humiliated that I got scammed (I thought I had checked them out thoroughly!), and either want my money back or the merchandise I ordered. If that won't happened, then I want them prosecuted for fraud and theft!
