I ordered a performance chip for my truck on 8/14 as of 8/23 they hadn't shipped it but my credit card had been charged and cleared, I e-mailed them to cancel my order because they hadn't shipped it yet. They replied i would be charged 10%. My complaint is why am I being charged for 10% when they hadn't even shipped the part yet?
