I did order this chip but I tried to cancel within a few hours & they will not cancel, says it's been shipped already. But they say it takes a week to make for your vehicle, so how could it be shipped?

I did order this chip but I tried to cancel within a few hours & they will not cancel, says it's been shipped already. But they say it takes a week to make for your vehicle, so how could it be shipped? Terry is very rude & says get a RMA#. Then I'll have to pay both shipping fees plus 25% restocking fee. This company should be shut down.
