I received notice from my bank that this company was trying to take 99.49 from my account. I was so angry! I called this company and requested proof that I had agreed to this and she could provide nothing. Only stating, "yes you did over the phone." I demanding a recording and she said she couldn't provide that but it did exist. I demanded to be taken off their phone list and cancelled. She stated she took care of it and I demanded an email or letter of cancellation. And I still have not received a damn thing! I am livid and will be calling their manager now. Hoping with this back up now my bank will understand.
