I was contacted by my Credit Card Company about fraud charges. They told me that JDIBilling.com credited my account $10.48 then withdrew the same amount. Then attempted to charge $40.63 two times. Then tried to charge $101.04. All charges were blocked by the credit card company. The company is in the UK.
