On the 12-07-12 i speak with mr Jhon Collen about my cancelation by telefone the conversation time was at 15:47, this is for clean virus in my computer and other things, this was agree for 2 years and the cost was for, £199 pounds this amount was taken from my account days before and i did my cancelation but they taken my money and they did'nt refund my money back to my account this is more than 40 days, from my complaint also this is my cancelation number, SON507 and this cancelation take around 20 working days but now is more than that, this is contact number of that person and is working in account deparment Jhon Collen 02088193970 thanks for you help me to resolve
