Nil moneys lost as I refused to pay but my computer was hijacked telling me to pay $85 to eradicate infection of viruses. I could not get into the internet, email etc.
The bogus company said they were microsoft but it was microsoft in the end that helped to eradicate the scam menace.
Line security Platinum Firewall is what they had on their website, if thats any help.
