Supposedly this person was from the NY Federal Reserve Bank and was calling to give me my grant money I applied for and said I had to pay a security deposit of 560.00 and it would be returned in minutes plus my 7000. Grant. Well since I had already sent 190.00 I decided to do some research and called the NY Federal Reserve bank to find out about this and they gave me a 800 number to call and told me that it was a scam.
