I applied for a government grant and received a phone call saying if I donated 190 to charity through her company then I would receive my 7000.00 in 45 minutes. Well then a so called representative supposedly from NY Federal Reserve Bank 1-646-432-0788 named Michael called and said I needed to make a security deposit of 560.00 and would be refunded that in a matter of moments along with my 7000.00. After sending the 190 and then receiving this phone call then, I looked up the NY Federal Reserve Bank and number and called them and they said it was a scame. So now I am out 190 plus 10 for western union and 30 overdraft from my bank account because I didn't have the money in my account.
