I had saved up all year for this hol and now i am back i feel sick for my kids. It was dirty the beds were smelly and damp. We became sick when we eat in the pub, only one day that was enough. My kids got bit with the nats in the chalet we had to buy fly spay and we could not leave the patio doors open at night while we were in. The big bin never got emptyed and all the sealgills came dive bombing down. Me and my dad who has got health promblems became ill after he had the chicken he had the runs so he could not eat or come out at night this was on the thursday as we were coming home on the saturday it was dirty we asked for a toilet brush we were still waiting for it the saturday we came away to come home. I am just so upset because i have no money and i have saved hard, we were all looking forward to this holiday to recharge our batterys because i lost my mum and the kids lost a great nana and my dad lost his wife after nearly 50 years of marriage. Please can you help me so i can make it up to my family. Thank you so much.
