I used a payphone to make three separate and very short calls at the Shell station on Hwy11 near Gravenhurst due to an emergency. The price of the call was not posted on the phone or when the call was placed. I was charged 11.50 for each call - almost $35.

This is a Bell phone - Bell should own up to the scam!
