I ordered a wedding dress on TB Dress because they offer beautiful dresses at great prices. But don't let these prices you impressed you.
My dress came in about twenty days, it absolutely does not correspond to the picture they show on their site. I chose the option with my measurements and the dress is too broad in the breast and too small in thighs.
I immediately notified. At first they asked me to prove what I reproach them by sending a complete file, photo to support my measurements and differences with the website photos.
Having received my file they told me that the dress was beautiful, they don't want me to return them because it was made? Exclusively for me.
I asked for an arrangement or an extra charge and they offered me $5! When I told them it was a joke for something I could never wear, they accepted $10.in this email they tell me they are in China and $10 for their country is a lot of money! I think they need to understand that $199.19 is really great! It is true that I am not Chinese but $199.19 is a lot of money to me otherwise I would have bought my dress shop. To this day I always send emails but I fear never get my money.
Don't buy anything on this site if you don't want to lose your money.
