To Whom It May Concern:
This is regarding Pacificorp.
We live in a Condo in Utah. Pacificorp has now made a change in how they bill us. Commercial Rates whats up with that. These are our Homes and this should be Residential.
What gives them the right to change it just this month, without warning.
Can someone explain this to me???
