I was on ziinga.com at the start of july. Were it said you could bid for free, so i bidded on an item and won it. So the site asked for my bank details to pay for the item
, so i done that paid for the item and then when it was asking for address details, it was looking for proof of address and a copy of my passport, so i said to myself this is to much hassle, so i cut my loses and forget about the few pounds that the item cost. So on the 15th of august ziinga.com took £60 out of my account but they tried to take a further £120 out of my account only i did not have money in my account. So when i found this out i went and checked my emails to see if there was any confirmation or anything and there wasn't. So i went back on the website and got a phone number, so i phoned the company and the operator could not understand me and i could not understand him. So i went on the website and emailed there customer enquiries, requesting a refund as it states in there website (Our 100% Money Back Guarantee will provide you a total refund if you claim it by contacting our Customer Service). And i haven't been on ther website from that first night i was on it. They returned my email saying i was in a 3 month contract costing £60 a month and they also said we have cancelled your contract and because of that there is a £35 cancellation fee which we tried to take out of your account and it wasn't successful, if this is not paid we will take a further £60 out.
