I was on my PC when all if a sudden this page popped up stating my PC would be locked until I paid the fine of $200. I tried emailing the address on the page and had no luck the email address doesn't exist. Can anyone help me to unlock my PC? I truly cant afford to pay that money and I need my PC because i am a student... Thanks for any advice?
