Are essentially slum lords Failed to fix problems from day one and are now trying to charge me $2181 above the $1181 deposit to replace carpet in a living room and dining room that was 31 years old and they were already going to replace. They are thieves and will never refund your deposit and once you move in they will never repair anything. A good friend 81 years old is living with mold and a wet ceiling for THREE YEARS.
