Do not rent an apartment from these people. The place is a slum invested with bugs these are the third owner of this place. Each owner has been worse than the one before. They will not fix anything. Permit drug dealers to do business on the property and will do nothing about it. They will demand extra deposits whenever they want to. And you will not get any of it back. My sister has lived their for the last three years. About two years ago she was given a dog for christmas by her daughter (my niece) who paid a rent deposit at that time for her. Now they are demanding another pet deposit. This demand was made a few weeks after made one of the building (which was completely vacent at the time) unrentable. I think they are useing the fact that their is new owners of the building to get away with this.
Avoid living here at all costs I am going to get my sister out of this h*l hole as soon as I can aford to.
