This company Lou Jezdimir Roofing had performed work at my residence on April 12 & 13th 2012.
This job started as precautionary measure to get my roof in “good standing order” prior to entering into real estate sale/contract hoping to avoid any negative feedback on any roof inspection (s). There were no leaks or roof issues. The initial intention was to pitch two areas that pocketed rain water into nearby roof drains. It was Mr. Jezdimir (the Owner) whom suggested patching other areas and coating the entire roof with TNT (white). Reluctantly I agreed with the entire job or suggestions by Lou. Approximately one day after the job was complete it rained and my roof still pocketed standing water in the exact areas of concern? I forwarded pictures and informed Lou, he then sent his guy back out and supposedly re-repaired the sloping. The next day I complained of 3 small roof leaks as well as the standing water, in which things got ugly. Fast forward to May 8th or earlier in that week, according to the “Buyers” roof inspector (see attached)
my roof is now needs $ 20,000.00 of repairs (only 14 days after repairs, painting and patching). I left Mr. Zedimir a voice mail and sent 2 emails about warranting his work in writing in order to provide a comfort level for the “Buyers”. At this point he was ignoring multiple voicemails, texts, pictures and emails. I even had my attorney send a letter demanding that Lou Jezdimir roofing honors there warranty of 30 days? My last conversation was like this.:
Lou, per your signed contract and conversation. You have done more than just roll coated my roof. You have been emailed, phoned, mailed and text'd your warranty issues including and roof inspection report and pictures from work your company has feebly attempted to do. Your excuses of "we're busy" and "family issues" are not my problem.
