Tonight my mother was on united flight ua4562 orf to ewr and her flight was rescheduled because they couldnt find the co pilot. She is 77 years old and was made to wait in the airport from 3pm to 9pm watining for the airlines to sort ot this nonsense. After finally getting a co pilot they rebooked her flight but it was departing too late for her connection in newark so now she has to leave on another flight tomorrow afternoon. She had to rent another car, i had to miss another day of work, and we had to book another holtel, all because of this. I feel that there should be some accomodations made to make her horrible 6 hour ordeal a little easier to bear... Or this could show up on youtube
