Just two days ago I order 4 items from their on line catalog, 2 of them (flowers and teddy bear) for my niece and 2 of them (balloon bouquet and teddy bear) for my nephew as they were graduating, to deliver the order on the same day I paid an extra fee... Well the order arrived the next day and it was 1 bouquet of flowers (the wrong ones), 1 bear and a box of chocolates. I contacted customer service who very nicely told me that apparently the warehouse didn't have the right flowers so they had to change them (roses instead of tulips), I can understand that but what about the balloons, the bear and the delivery fee? After back and forth they said they will pay back for the bear and the delivery fee, but nothing else... The balloons was the most expensive item, and instead they sent chocolates (?), I'm not done trying to get my money back but in the meantime the surprise is ruined and I have to deal with these useless policies and rules that are all to the company convenience. I've used other professional services in the past and Bloomex NEVER AGAIN! Who changes a customer order without even asking? They didn't even tried to contact me and ask. They are a rip off.
