Hotwire overbooked seats on Delta Airline. Delta told me to contact hotwire. Hotwire siad this wasn't their problem and to resolve it with the airline.
In the end 800 bucks shot had to rebook with United Airlines.
Never buy anything using hotwire. See complaints below with the BBB as well as articles.
Hotwire has over 1000 complaints against them at teh BBB... Better business bureau.
