They short checks, unproffesional, misleading, childish, unfair, to much drama

We had times where if I had arguement with some one bosses would get involved just to see a fight. Times where if you. Where not doing drugs or attending there outings they would look at you. Different. Fired people or put people on sus pensionfor no reason.
