Myself and daughter rented a suite on Aug. 11. I left and later into the night my daughter received a phone stating it is the front desk manager who gave the name of Cathy, saying my card had been decline and she needs my information. My daughter gave her our home phone and I received a call around 9:42pm from a "private caller" she told me she was Cathy my card was decline and mine room was not paid for. I told her I did not give out personal info over the phone what is your last name? She hung-up, I call the hotel and was told there wasn't any Cathy there, he try the room number the line was busy, I call my daughter cell phone, she had already given the Cathy my card number, home address and year of birthday. After checking my account alls type of withdrawal transaction starting. The clerk Teresa and Allan was suppose to have call the police for us but they never did show up. My bank notice this and froze my account, but they had clear $656.00 in left than 10 minutes. John Reilly Twelve Hotel General Manager told me it was not the hotel fault.
