I purchased a dress on line with the time frame for delivery to be by August 20th. Today (August 14th) I was told that I would not be receiving a dress. They said that I would be refunded fully and that they were sorry for the mistake, and now they are saying that I have to go through paypal to try to get my money. This is a fraud. I now believe they had no intention of sending me the dress as they could not and did not provide a tracking number. When I became insistent about having a tracking number they developed the story that they sent it to the wrong address and could not make another dress in time for my son's wedding (Aug 25).
