I ordered a wedding dress online on the 11th of August and Dress Braw's website is not even available anymore. UPS is saying they tried to deliver on Tuesday the 28th of August but I was not aware as they did not call me. Today I have to wait all day until 7pm for the delivery. UPS UK said I have to pay twenty pounds VAT as the dress is coming from China. Their number does not work either.
