I bought Lice Killer products from Access Nutraceuticals, Inc. On line. They claim and I quote, "If you are dissatisfied simply return all product within 30 Days from date of purchase (even if the bottle (s) are empty) for a full refund". I did send the products back after 2 weeks because they were not working.
I call several times to find out about the status of my refund, but Renee, the woman who answers the phone tells me that she can only take messages and give them to her boss. She also refuses to give me the name of this mystery boss who sometime out of town! Or he works in another office! And she is not allowed to give the customers his name.
I did a little checking and found out that there are many others who got scammed by this company and have the same stories to tell about this woman who answers the phone and tells them exactly what she has been telling me.
