Just discovered today that ClickGen had charged my cell phone bill for the past 7 months for $9.99 per month for a service that I did not use, authorize or in any way subscribe to. This was a fraudulent consumer charge and I will be presenting my evidence to the Attorney General of the State of Texas in order to have ClickGen removed from being able to conduct business in the State of Texas. Additionally, I will be filing a suit in Small Claims Court here in Bexar County, Texas against this company as soon as possible.
