86463 Bid 2 Win monthly unauthorized charge of $9.99 for unknown "service' on my T-Mobile bill since March 11. For a total of 89.91 internet

My T-Mobile account has been charged $9.99 per month for an unknown, unauthorized 'service' by ClickGen for a total of $89.91. I don't know if T-Mobile or other cell-phone providers are complicit in this and similar scams. They do know about it.
