On 08/09 there was $30.00 deducted from my bank account by a business called Pacific Advances. The amount taken was in the form of an EFT (electronic check sent by my bank) to this business that I had never heard of before. The electronic check was made out to "Check Process" and there was no endorsement on the back of the EFT check. I don't know who or what this business is and I am bewildered as to how my bank would send an EFT check without my authorization. I have had no luck in being able to contact this business and get answers, and my bank hasn't responded to my questions as to how or why they allowed this transaction.
