Hello my name is michelle and i signed up for the 7-day trial and throughout that time my internet was shut off therefore i was unable to cancel the trial. My bank acount was overdrafted and that causesd additional fees. I would greatly appreciate a refund for the 39.95 & two fees of 35.00 (70.00) that i am having to pay out of pocket due to this issue. Please and a immedate account cancelation. How would i go about canceling it?
