I started a 7 day free trial on the 16th of this month. I very much so intended to cancel my 7 day free trial. I actually took my debit card off of my account under "manage payment options" later that day. I was under the assumption that this action would cancel the trial. I was charged for $39.95 on 2/23. I sent an email, the day of the charge, saying what I just said and I have not received a response.
