Let me start off by saying I am Wedding Planner who's been planning wedding since 2009 and I've NEVER encountered an unprofessional vendor like this until I had the displeasure of dealing with Anne Vu from Designs2Impress. Like the reviewer before me, my clients paid a deposit (50% in this case) and also like the reviewed before me about two weeks before the wedding (which is also tomorrow August 11th) I contacted Anne via email and when a few days went by with no reply I was a bit concerned, but attributed it to the long weekend. However, when Wednesday came and there was still no word, I messaged Anne again and still nothing. So I called and emailed again on Thursday with no luck which brings us to today. Three more emails sent, numerous calls and voicemails left and not a word from Anne.

At this point I was forced to reach out to another florist a few hours ago to pull something together last minute for the wedding tomorrow. My clients lost their deposit and I am left enraged at the lack of professionalism Anne has displayed. I would not wish her upon my worst enemy and will be spend all my free time ensuring people know just how horrible this business is. Stay away at all cost!!!
