Ooked Designs2Impress after she did a decent job with my cousin's wedding and had been reasonably priced. We made the booking 7 months before the wedding where I gave a 50% deposit and met with the florist (Anne) to talk about the details and explain exactly what I wanted. Her policy was that I give the remaining balance 2 weeks before the wedding, which I did. Although I had spoken with Anne a few days before the wedding to confirm everything would be ok, she did not show up with any of the flowers that we had paid for. She did not answer any of my phone calls or reply to any emails we have sent her.
