Steer clear of these scammers! Having signed up for the three day trial of this site, I subsequestly noticed a charge to my credit card of £39.99. Benaughty.com had continued to charge my card for a full months membership!
I contacted them immediately and got the following reply (emails):

This is absolutey unclear during sign-up which was very clearly positioned as a trial. Hiding behind T&C's is obviously a torid sales tactic on your part.
Having Googled your company and this particular issue, I see this is a common problem people have with yourselves (... It's all over the Scam forums!)
I do not want and have not used any part of this site which the recurrent billing referes to, and which you appear to have 'cleverly' hidden in your terms and conditions.
I insist you refund the money you have taken from my credit card immediatly. Or will I be forced contact my card issuer to initiatiate a chargeback to recover it?
I do not want to remain on the site - I only wanted to trial it as per the agreement!!! So a further extension of a service I do not want is entirely pointless. What I do demand is my money back!
I've paid for the trial and do not wish to continue, so JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

All packages at our site are re-billable packages. Therefore, by purchasing any membership plans you agree to our Terms and Conditions. And due to our billing policy which we presented to you on the payment page before upgrading, you have a repeat charge after the initial charge.
When you selected the membership type it was stated that it is subject to an auto-renewal and that it will be billed after three days and every week / month /3 months / 6 months. If you purchased a 3 days trial then you can select it only once as it is a trial period, after which you will be charged on a monthly basis due to the terms and conditions of the website.
We can now confirm that your repeat billing has been cancelled so you will not be charged any longer.
We would like to offer you 3 months as a free bonus instead of the refund.
Please let us know your decision.

I was surprised and angered that at the end of the trial you have continued billing me! And see you've taken an additional £39.99 from my credit card without my permission.
Please refund this money to my account immediately!
It was taken from my Visa card on the 11th August
I have this afternoon spoken to customer services at Cupid Plc, who have completely removed my account from the site.
Hiding caveats in your terms and conditions for continued billing is a real gutter sales tactic.
