I joined loangogo in april12 realising that they couldnt really help my situation i cancelled my policy and got my refund back, then on the 17 may12 they re-took this money out my bank without my agreeing to it and left me over drawn and bank charges to make. I spoke to them on the phone and the man said he cant see it on his computer that they took the money and i'd have to provide proof, i have sent them a copy of the letter from my bank at the beginning of july and still have heard nothing and now i can not reach them on the phone. They have caused me weeks of stress at a time in my life which should be special as i gave birth on the 1st may12!! They are awful people and justice is due to many of us!!
