I watched an estate caretaker "so called"crig willaims. He looked at the bedding dumped behind my home and drove away, never mind who dumped it,! We all have a duty of care, if some silly sod had set fire to the bedding the smoke would have done so much harm especialy to the poor person on the frist floor directly above, smoke inualation.!! I took it apon myself to move bedding away from our home.! Duty of care and not doing the job hes paid for.!!
