I made a reservation and ten (10) minutes later i realized i was looking at the wrong month on the calender. I called to transfer or change my reservation to the following day. The young lady advised me that she could not change it to the following day without penalizing me a full days stay. I contacted the motel myself by telephone and they were very happy to change it for me. I called expedia back and after she learned i had already made the change direct she informed me she would issue me a credit refund but that it might take several weeks to complete. I have never been treated so unfairly in sixty years of traveling worldwide. Please cancel my membership in your group. I put a hold on any payments to expedia, com and notified our corporate headquarters in houston, tx.
