While moving my refrigator during a service call the repairman scraped my new wood flooring putting two scratches in the wood. My wife stood right there as he pulled the refrigator out and heard it scrape. He then went to his truck to get sliders. Hesaid the damage to the refrigator was bad and we would be better off buying a new one. He left the refrigator in the middle of the floor and left after I paid him $45.00 for the service call. I called their office after noticing the damages to the floor. He claims he did not do it. After many calls to there office they told me not to call back. I know they will have to remove some of the flooring to fix the damage.
