E-mails and messages never answered

Several messages and e-mails had been written requesting assistance from customer support representative. Questions were regarding password and payment. No response was ever given. Their chat on the website must be just for decoration because it is never online. I am still not capable of accessing my account and am totally in the dark about payment.
