I, too had problems trying to connect with Blanket America after placing my order and the only status I could get on the web site was "pending". I wanted some idea of when they would arrive after waiting a month. Finally the web site said "processing" and they arrive a few days late. My disappointment was immense when I saw these yucky brown colored sheets that were supposed to be Vanilla Creme. They are more like baby poop. I have had success with Groupon coupon before but I would never order from Blanket America again. A very poor value.
