On 16 th july a 2cnd unauthorised direct debit was taken from my M&S account.
I received the one oz supposed free sample only.
Got tel no in America from M&S but no email
address on file so cant blog complaint.
Couldnt get through on phone.
No address to write to.
Stopped future DDs but how do I cancel or do i not need to do so now M&S have stopped future payments.
