A parking ticket was issued to my car by Premier Parking in Front of the Sweet CeCe's Frozen yogurt shop. Which I found to be a fraudlent scam. The only signs on the property indicate that the parking is for customers only. Nothing to indicate that you have to pay. No signs in the parking spaces. They issue what appears to be a city issued ticket and charge a Fine. But they are a private company not associated with the City, So they dont have the authority to fine. But they pose as city authority. I think that they have been getting away with this because people assume they are City authority and I dont think they have been reported.
