Took $30. Oo for check process fee, but I never when to this account, or gave anyone any of my checks, routing #, bank # ect!!! This is very frustrating and scary, with a limited income and 3 dependents, every dollar counts... And i have direct deposit from my employer. And my bank fee is $34.00 /$15.00 for this whole thing, and to make it even worst when I called this company they said it will take up to 15 bussiness dates for them to give the money they took. Thank God the bank is working with me but this is the second company to access and take my money and info so the bake cleares the first inf. Fee, but Vantage is the second so until I recieve back my money from this company, then my bank will investigate and help me clear all this mess, and I can cancel this account, and get a another one...
