On August 2nd I purchased an Olympic basketball jersey from this website and was immediately wondering about them, so sent them an email. They (Ada) replied— "Our jerseys are OEM, original equipment manufacturer with original material, imported from factories in Thailand and some other Asian countries with cheap labour. That's why our jerseys are good in quality and so cheap in price, it is almost the same as the official retail shop's jersey. Feedback from our customers are good."
On August 7th I received the jersey with a return address from 'Shanghai Chai Shen Industrial Co. Ltd.' The workmanship on this shirt is so bad—crooked and poor stitching! There are stains on some letters and numbers and I may even have to do a restitch after the first machine wash. It also seems a bit odd that the jersey has the Nike label and swoosh but has a Champion U.S.A. Tag attached to it. I looked all through the package for any paperwork that I could use for a return and found nothing. The shipping label is in Asian so I have no idea what it says, but I don't think its return info. I've sent another email and they are willing to let me keep the jersey but want pictures documenting the problems and will investigate. They're also willing to give me back 45% of the cost. This piece of junk cost me $114!!! Upon further investigation, there are a lot of unhappy people who have used this website.
