They promised service between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM, service man called about 12:30 PM said he could not be there until 1:30 PM or 2:00 PM, but never showed up, called after 3:00 PM. When I called to reschedule they made it sound like it was my fault, would only offer another 3 hour window tomorrow and could not have cared less. I hope no one else uses this useless service. Their ad says they are prompt and courteous - NOT.
